The Cat's Grin Drama & Theatre Parties consists of 1 hour of games before refreshments followed by 1 hour of the chosen production on offer.  We advise that refreshments last no longer than 30 minutes making the total length of the party 2 hours 30 minutes.  For older children why not try our exciting drama workshop as an alternative to our party games.  The cost for one of our  Parties is £285.  We recommend no more than 30 children at a party.  For larger groups of children we suggest just a performance with no games.

The Cat's Grin Drama & Theatre Parties are available to children aged between 4-12, and of course Mums and Dads who are young at heart.  This live theatre experience encompasses maximum energy, fluency and wit, with audience participation and myriad effects - in a minimalist setting - at competitive prices! All parties are led by 3 performers.  Pre-show party games or Post-show drama Workshops are available with every production.  Using theatre games and improvisation these highlight themes and elements explored in the performance.

We just wanted to say a huge thank you for the most brilliant birthday party yesterday. Libby and Katie loved it! The games were just right and a super idea of having the eggs and spoons for when the children arrived - great fun! The show was superb, it kept the 3 yr olds and the 6 yr olds captivated for the whole hour, they all loved the participation and dressing up! Libby particularly enjoyed being a birthday cow!! Lots of parents stayed because of the smaller children and all said what a wonderful party it was. They all wanted and took leaflets so hopefully you might get more bookings from it! Chris and I will definitely recommend yourselves to our schools.

The Space needed for your party may depend upon the number of guests and the chosen production.  Most parties take place either in a hired hall or at your home.  If considering holding the party at home/garden (if garden please consider back up venue in case of good old English weather) our Artistic Director, Don Brown, may need to assess the space.
